Foundry Loft

Years of incremental changes had left Halcyon Gallery with a space that felt inconsistent. The goal was to bring everything back to a single, clear idea.

We worked in short, open cycles, sharing rough ideas early and often. Keeping the Halcyon Gallery team close to the process made the final decisions feel obvious.

Our focus was on planning first. Get that right and everything else has something to hang from.

The work has since been featured in several design publications, but what we're proudest of is how naturally Halcyon Gallery has made it their own.
